The combined treatment with calcitriol and astemizole downregulated EAG1 gene expression in the tumoral tissue. The gene expression of tumoral EAG1 was assessed by RT-qPCR and normalized against the corresponding housekeeping gene. Values for controls were arbitrarily set to one.
