Curcumin regulates FABP5 via NF-κ B. (A) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 30 μM curcumin, total protein extracted and probed for p65. β-tubulin was used as a loading control (B) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 25 μM PDTC, cell lysates were resolved with SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with antibodies recognizing p65 or FABP5. β-tubulin was used as a loading control.
