Correlation between PI4KA expression level, proliferative markers and molecular status of HCC. A correlation study between PI4KA expression levels and PCNA or MKI67 expression levels was performed in 60 HCC and 6 normal liver tissues analyzed with the HG-U133A Affymetrix GeneChip™ microarray.
