From: A-770041 reverses paclitaxel and doxorubicin resistance in osteosarcoma cells
A-770041 inhibits Src and Lck expression in drug-resistant osteosarcoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. U-2OSMR, KHOSR2 or U-2OSTR cells were treated with A-770041 (0, 0.3, or 1 μM ) in regular RPMI1640 medium for 48 hours. Total cellular proteins were subjected to Western blotting with specific antibodies as described in Methods. The levels of expressed proteins were visualized by scanning the membrane on an Odyssey Infrared Imaging System. Arrows indicate the confirmation of A-770041 inhibits both Src and Lck activation and expression as determined by densitometric analysis of Western blot results.
