  1. This table shows the results of a questionnaire previous and after intervention respective feeling sluggish and psychological stress (pt 1 = least to pt 6 = most). Treatment effect (previous vs. after training) and difference in both parameters were significant (p < .001). Pain during intervention was documented according VAS-scale (0–10). Concomitant pain medication during intervention was evaluated (number of patients, %).
