Expression of LSD1, HDAC2 and SIRT1 in different tumor stages. We included 182 patients with a stage I disease, 227 patients with a stage II disease and 51 patients with a stage III tumor. Outliers are represented by circles. The p-values were calculated using the one-way ANOVA method and p-values ≤0.05 are considered as significant.
