Parental SW480 cells were treated with 1 μM CPT, a concentration that induces reporter activity. Translocation of the p65 protein, a marker for the activation of the canonical NF-κB pathway, was examined by immunofluorescent staining of control (DMSO, upper row) and CPT-treated (lower row) cells.
