A: Contrast-enhanced multidetector computer tomography (CE-CT); B: T1-weighted imaging (T1WI); C: T2-weighted imaging (T2WI); and D: Susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI). A large HCC (*) is seen in the right lobe of the liver and invades the right portal vein (white arrow). The HCC and portal vein thrombus display similar signal intensity (SI) by SW imaging.
