Figure 5

CDK11 p58 inhibits cell motility and invasion in ERα-positive breast cancer cells through integrin β3. (A) ZR-75-30 cells were transfected with specific siRNAs targeting CDK11p58. After 48 h, the cells were harvested and subject to immunoblotting analysis as indicated. Protein levels were normalized to GAPDH. (B) ZR-75-30 cells were transfected with the CDK11p58 plasmid or siRNA3 targeting CDK11p58 as indicated, and lysates were subjected to an immunoblotting analysis. (C) ZR-75-30 cells were transfected with siRNA targeting ERα, and after 48 h, cell lysates were subjected to immunoblotting analysis. (D) ZR-75-30 cells were transfected with ERα, and after 36 h, the cells were treated with ethanol or 10 nM E2 for an additional 12 h. The cells were harvested and subjected to immunoblotting analysis as indicated. (E) ZR-75-30 cells were transfected with CDK11p58 wild-type or mutants. After 48 h, the cells were harvested and the lysates subjected to immunoblotting analysis as indicated.
