Combination treatments do not enhance viral propagation in drug-resistant lung cancer cells. A549/DDP and A549/PTX as well as parental cells were treated with chloroquine (CQ, 5 μM) or rapamycin (100 nM) or vehicle for 30 min. (A-C) Cells were then infected with NDV/FMW (MOI =0.01) for 24, 48 and 72 h respectively. Virus yield was determined at different intervals.
