From: Deletion of Cd151 reduces mammary tumorigenesis in the MMTV/PyMT mouse model
Tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis and blood vessel density in Cd151 +/+ and Cd151 −/− mammary tumors. These parameters were assessed by IHC for the cell proliferation marker Ki67 (A, P =0.1533), the apoptosis marker cleaved-caspase 3 (B, P =0.3476), and by immunofluorescence for the endothelial cell specific antigen CD31 (C, P = 0.3035), respectively. Means ± SEM are represented and parametric t-test was used to compare the data. Representative photos of the immunolabelings are also shown.
