Kaplan-Meier analysis of cancer-specific survival. KIF2A protein levels in primary cancer tissues (A) and paired adjacent normal tissue (B) showed prognostic roles in overall survival. Patients with high KIF2A expression in cancer and adjacent tissue had a significantly poorer prognosis than those with low KIF2A expression (P cancer = 0.002, P adjacent tissue = 0.024).
