(A) For a training set, anti-FLNC autoantibody concentration in the sera from low-grade gliomas was significantly higher than those from high-grade gliomas (p = 0.0101) or normal volunteers (p < 0.0001). (B) The ELISA result obtained in the training set was confirmed in an independent validation set (low-grade vs. high-grade: p = 0.0036, low-grade vs. healthy: p = 0.0010).
