From: MicroRNA-26a regulates glucose metabolism by direct targeting PDHX in colorectal cancer cells
The correlation of miR-26a expression and its target protein PDHX in SW620 cells. The expression of PDHX at both mRNA (B) and protein levels (C) was upregulated in SW620 cells with a decrease of endogenous miR-26a (A). The non-targeting oligonucleotide of miR-26a was used as a control. The untreated SW620 cells were taken as the mock object. The mean values were calculated from three separate experiments.
