From: Celecoxib increases miR-222 while deterring aromatase-expressing breast tumor growth in mice
The effect of drug treatment on c-Myc and E2F2 in tumors. Total mRNA was extracted from tumors and mRNA expression level of c-Myc (A) and E2F2 (B) was quantified by real-time PCR. Groups labeled as AD, AD+celecoxib, and AD+aspirin are the mice treated with androstenedione, androstenedione and celecoxib, and androstenedione and aspirin, respectively. Values are means ± SEM, n = 6.The data was analyzed by One-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s Multiple Comparison test when P<0.05.
