Melanomas which have high Braf expression have a significantly higher percentage of low nuclear p300 staining (p = 0.006, χ2 test). (B) Positive correlation between Braf and cytoplasmic p300 expression in melanoma patient biopsies. Melanomas which have high Braf expression also have a significantly higher percentage of high cytoplasmic p300 staining (p = 0.001, χ2 test).
