The effects of doxorubicin on the microtubule formation, M-phase arrest and cell apoptosis on the selected MCF-7 cell lines. MCF-7CC, MCF-7TXT and MCF-7DOX cells were seeded on coverslip and treated with doxorubicin of indicated concentrations for 24 hours. The microtubule formation, M-phase arrest and cell apoptosis were determined by fluorescence microscopy. The red indicates the α-tubulin and the blue is the DAPI stain for DNA. Size bar: 10 μm.
