Coordinate growth of lymphatics, veins, and arteries in triads. Area of tumor-draining and contralateral control SE lymphatics, veins, and arteries were estimated by quantitation of immunostained images. Data is averaged from 18 measurements of vessel triads from 6 mice. The tumor-draining lymphatics, veins and arteries are all significantly enlarged (Mann Whitney U two-tailed test, ***, pā€‰<ā€‰0.0001).
