Two mice in the Duopafei-treated group had died of metastases by day 38 after inoculation. (B) Primary tumor and lung metastasis progression in the Duopafei- and SPM-treated groups were quantitatively monitored at day 38 after inoculation using biophotonic imaging analysis. M/P Ratio represents the ratio of luciferase activity in lung metastases to that in the primary tumor.
