Expression and localisation of P-JAK2 and T-JAK2 in ascites-derived tumor cells in response to paclitaxel treatment. The images were evaluated as described in Figure 1. Images are representative of four independent experiments from four patient samples. The mean fluorescence intensity of P-JAK2 and T-JAK2 was quantified using Cell-R software.
