Effects of E2F1 on invasion and metastasis in SCLC. (A) The expression of E2F1 at the mRNA and protein levels was significantly reduced in siRNA targeting E2F1 group (E2F1i) as compared with the untreated (Mock) and scramble siRNA (NCi) in H1688 and H446 cells.
