The expression level of miR-199a-5p in GC tissues and gastric cancer cell lines examined by qPCR. (A) Expression level of miR-199a-5p was higher in 34 GC tissues than in their pair-matched adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.05). Each sample was analyzed in triplicate and normalized to RNU6B. (B) The relative miR-199a-5p expression in gastric cancer cell lines was much higher than that of GES-1. The relative expression of miR-199a-5p was normalized to the endogenous control RNU6B. Each sample was analyzed in triplicate.
