Effect of ShCCND1 on cyclin D1 expression and cell proliferation in NCI-N87 cells. Expression level of cyclin D1 protein in ShCCND1_3 was significantly inhibited in AGS cells by western blotting (A). The viability of ShCCND1 demonstrated significant inhibition of proliferation in NCI-N87 cells compared to inhibition by ShScramble using the CCK-8 assay (B).
