  1. COPD: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, IP: Interstitial pneumonia, CVD: Cardiac valve diseases, Drugs: aminorex, cocaine, dexfenfluramine, fenfluramine, phenylpropanolamine, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
  2. Legend: Nine patients with emphysema and two patients with interstitial pneumonia were found. On the other hand, neither patient with cardiac valve diseases nor patient treated with drugs that cause increasing in pressure of pulmonary artery.
