Functional rescue of EZH2 depletion-dependent effects by overexpression of a murine Ezh2 in RD cells. (a) mRNA levels (real time qRT-PCR) of p21Cip1, Myogenin and MHC in RD cells treated with CTR and EZH2 siRNA and then infected with a murine version of EZH2 (mEzh2) were normalized to GAPDH levels and expressed as fold increase over uninfected condition (1 arbitrary unit, not reported). mRNA levels of both human EZH2 (hEZH2) and murine EZH2 (mEzh2) are shown.
