Molecular response of TC-71 cells to maltonis exposure. (A) Gene expression modifications induced by maltonis. Cells were exposed to maltonis for 48 hours at the concentration of 3 μM. Gene transcripts abundance was assessed by Q-PCR, normalized with GAPDH expression and evaluated as fold induction compared to untreated cells. Relative expression (folds) is reported as mean (± SD) resulting from three independent experiments. (B) Histogram shows relative PCR quantification of Gadd45-α mRNA (± SD) after 3 or 10 μM maltonis treatment. GAPDH expression was used as internal control; TC-71 untreated sample was used as calibrator.
