Depletion of PRL-3 expression abolishes the tumorigenic potential of A2780 cells in vivo . 1 × 106 A2780 control or PRL-3 KD-22 cells were injected into the left and right hind flanks, respectively, of nude mice and allowed to grow for up to 5 weeks.
