MYBBP1A enhances p53 target genes’ expression during anoikis. (A) and (B) MCF-7 and ZR-75-1 cells were treated with siRNAs for 48 h prior to anoikis assay and cultured under attached or detached conditions for 2 h (Bax mRNA) or 4 h (PUMA and p21 mRNA).
