The patient overall survival depends on (a) hemoglobin levels (HR 1.53; p = 0.25), (b) leukocyte counts (HR 2.26; P = 0.016), (c) pre-therapeutic albumin levels (HR 2.28; p = 0.082), (d) vascular risk factors (HR 5.3; p = 0.047) and (e) alcohol consumption (HR 1.25; p = 0.32).
