(A) Flow cytometry analyzes the population of Treg cells in total CD4+ cells in splenetic lymphocytes; (B) the mean percentage of CD4 + Foxp3+ T lymphocytes in CD4+ T cells for each group; (C) Flow cytometry analyzes CD11c + CD40+ dendritic Cells (DC) proportion in splenetic lymphocytes for each group. (D) The mean proportion of CD11c + DCs in splenetic lymphocytes for each group. (E) The mean proportion of CD11c + CD40+ DCs in splenetic lymphocytes for each group.
