Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) analysis of the MRPL41 promoter against estrogen receptor (ER)-α. ChIP assays were performed on the MRPL41 promoter using anti-ER-α antibody followed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify the half-ER-responsive element containing sub-regions. (A) Schematic diagram of the MRPL41 promoter showing the six ER-responsive element (ERE) groups (R1–R6). The number of triangles denotes tandem repeat of the 1/2ERE.
