Effects of Wnt5a on invasiveness and metastasis in an orthotopic pancreatic cancer mouse model. Wnt5a-overexpressing or control pancreatic cancer cells were orthotopically injected into the pancreatic parenchyma of nude mice. Macroscopic and microscopic examination of metastases was done as described in Methods.
