Salinomycin affects the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin. Changes on cell viability were analyzed by the cytotoxicity ratio (viable/dead cells) for SW872 (A), A204 (B) and HT-1080 (C) cells 24 h post treatment. The solid line indicates the doxorubicin monotreatment and the dashed the combined treatment of doxorubicin with 1 μM salinomycin. Error bars denote the standard error (n = 4).
