(A) The expression levels of RARβ mRNA (left panel) and protein (right panel) were examined by quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis and western blot analysis, respectively, using cells treated with the test drugs for 24 hours. (B) Quantitative real-time RT-PCR analysis to examine the expression levels of p21CIP1 and cyclin D1 mRNAs were performed using cells treated with the test drugs for 24 hours.
