Effect of HOTAIR on cell proliferation and apoptosis. (A, B) SPC-A1 cells were transfected with si-HOTAIR or si-NC. MTT assays were performed to determine the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells. Data represent the mean ± S.D. from three independent experiments. Colony-forming growth assays were performed, also to determine the proliferation of SPC-A1 cells.
