  1. One-way ANOVA was used to calculate the p values among different subtypes. Fra-1 expression showed a significant difference among subtypes.
  2. *Post-hoc analysis using LSD revealed that Fra-1 expression was significantly higher in triple-negative tumors compared with luminal carcinomas (p = 0.01). In addition, Fra-1 expression was marginally significantly higher in triple-negative tumors compared with HER2-enriched (p = 0.067).
