Immunohistochemical staining for the DDR molecules in seminoma, IGCNU and normal testis. pS1981-ATM, pT68-CHK2, γH2AX and MDC1 show weak to absent, focal nuclear positivity. Immunostaining for ATM, CHK2 and H2AX shows a strong nuclear reactivity in all the samples. Magnifications are 250× for pS1981ATM and ATM in seminoma, 200× for CHK2 and γH2AX in normal trestis, 150× for the remaining.
