  2. *The observed proportion positive agreement=2a/(N+(a2d)), where a=the number of samples that were positive for HPV in both the wet and dry samples, d=the number of samples that were negative for HPV in both the wet and dry samples and N=all samples tested for HPV.
  3. S-DRY dry vaginal swabs used for self-sampling, S-WET vaginal swabs with wet transport medium used for self-sampling.
