  1. *Samples of normal-appearing tissue adjacent to the tumor were collected from UC patients for each set. Abbreviations: N normal urothelial tissue, CN corresponding normal-appearing tissue adjacent to the tumor in UC patients, T tumor tissue, NU urine sediments from healthy volunteers, TU urine sediments from UC patients.
  2. Urothelial tissue samples were collected during surgical procedures from UC and control patients. Urine samples were collected from UC patients and healthy volunteers. Samples were divided into experimental groups as given.
