Correlation between the IC ₅₀ of dasatinib and the inhibition on the activity of Src, Akt, FAK. The inhibition levels of p-Src, p-Akt and p-FAK were measured when cells were treated with dasatinib at the dosage of 1uM and analyzed by ImageJ software.
