Perilobulillar inflammatory cells are not marked. (B) Breast duct with IDC showing cytoplasmic immunoreactivity only in cells of the basal layer. (C) Group of epithelial cells that proliferate haphazardly, infiltrating the adjacent adipose tissue. It is a IDC in which there is little immunoreactivity for CHST3, magnification 400X.
