The individual study estimates for squamous (green diamonds) and adeno (orange squares) are plotted against the midpoint year of the study, with separate plots shown for America (Canada, US and South/Central America), Europe (UK, Scandinavia, West Europe and East Europe), China (including Hong Kong), and Other Asia (Japan and South Korea, Singapore and Thailand).
