  1. Because of the absence of some core sections on the slides, 201 patient samples could be analyzed for MembErbB-2 with RBT-HER2, 210 with A0485, and 202 with C-18. Scores of 3+ and only those of 2+ in which FISH confirmed ErbB-2 amplification were considered positive for MembErbB-2 overexpression
