Venn diagrams show the numbers of pathways that were significantly dysregulated―i.e., upregulated (A) or downregulated (B) with respect to findings in normal mucosa (N)―in small precancerous lesions (SPLs), large precancerous lesions (LPLs), and colorectal carcinomas (CRCs).
