(B) Comparison of mean ΔCt of miR-100 between 10 cases of NSCLC tissues (−4.527 ± 1.04) and corresponding nontumor tissues (−9.878 ± 1.33; P < 0.01). The mean and standard deviation of expression levels relative to U6 expression levels are shown and are normalized to the expression in the normal tissue of each matched pair. All experiments were performed at least in triplicate. Corresponding P values analyzed by t-tests are indicated.
