EBP1 suppresses the motility and invasiveness of ACC-M cells by modulating the expression of invasion-related molecules. A. Effect of EBP1 on cell migration was investigated using a wound-healing assay, as described in the Materials and Methods. B. EBP1 inhibits the invasion of ACC-M cells in vitro. Cells that penetrated through the Matrigel to the lower surface of the filter were stained with crystal violet. Quantification of cells in the lower chamber was performed by counting; the mean number of cells that invaded in three representative fields per well is expressed; bars, SD. *P<0.05.
