  1. BMI and age were compared between the groups using the Mann–Whitney test. Median values are given with interquantile range in brackets. Gender, localization, treatment, stage, smoking status, number of overall survors and number of progression free survivors were compared using Fisher’s exact test(§). Survival was compared using the log-rank test.
