Suppression of NDRG2 did not change Bcl-2 mRNA level but increased expression of miR-15b and miR-16 in Hela cells. The mRNA expression of NDRG2 and Bcl-2 was evaluated by RT-PCR (A) with β-actin as loading control. The expression of NDRG2, Bcl-2 and microRNAs (let-7a, miR-15b, miR-16) in Hela and its stable variants was determined by real-time PCR (B) as described in “Materials and Methods”.
