Attending for a Periodic Health Examination

Walk-in patients
|
Males and females 50 to 74 years of age
|
Having had a colonoscopy in the last 10 years
|
No symptoms of colorectal cancer
|
Having had a flexible sigmoidoscopy within the last 5 years
|
No personal history of CRC, polyps, or diseases of the colon requiring monitoring by colonoscopy (Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis)
|
Having a double contrast barium enema within the last 5 years
|
Have a first degree relative with CRC affected at age greater than 60

Have two or more second degree relatives with polyps or cancer
| |
