Chrysin delocalizes methylated histone lysine 9 foci in the interphase nuclei and metaphase chromosomes in A375 cells. Nuclei and chromosomes were prepared from A375 cells cultured in 0.1 % DMSO, 40 μM chrysin, and TSA (4 μM) for 24 h. (A) Interphase nuclei were immunostained with H3me2K9 foci in counterstained with DAPI. Merge figures are shown in the panel. Scale-10 μm (B) Bar diagram shows amount of histone H3me2K9 antibody hybridized with interphase nuclei based on fluorescence intensity.
